What happens if something goes wrong with an order?
Refunds go back through the original payment method, invoices are voided automatically, and the buyer is notified the moment it happens. Support tickets get a personal reply, and tickets that wait too long escalate automatically to higher priority.
How is my account protected?
Two factor authentication, encrypted passwords, sign in alerts, and a full audit trail run under every account. Payments clear through Stripe with signature verified webhooks, so an order is only created after the payment is cryptographically confirmed.
